  • Romantic Road, Germany

The Romantic Road is one of Germany’s most popular tourist routes. The almost 400-km long road draws two million visitors every year, and gives visitors a taste of everything that makes the country idyllic. The road cuts through medieval towns like Rothenburg ob der Tauber, beautiful vineyards, and the soaring Alps and fairytale-like Neuschwanstein Castle near Fussen. From Würzburg to Füssen, the Romantic Road opens up a wealth of European history, art, and culture, that will make travellers feel like they’ve been transported back in time.
